Family Paddleboarding 7th August

Paddleboarding Taster Sessions – from 7 years up, book as a family or individual.

7th August 24

• 1 pm until 2:30 pm – 12 spaces
• 3 pm until 4:30 pm – 12 spaces

90 minutes – £20 pp

These sessions are aimed at beginners and teach basic starter skills.

You will learn:

• Safety information
• About the equipment
• The basics of safe launching
• Basic paddle techniques
• Kneeling and standing positions
• Getting on and off the board in the water.

You will also play some games and have some fun!

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts and report to reception. There are no pre-requisites for this session and it is suitable for adults and children over seven years old. Any participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian stay onsite within sight of the activity area for the duration of the session.

Remember to bring comfortable, light clothing or swimwear with shorts, a T-shirt, water shoes or trainers that can get wet (no sliders or open-toed shoes), a towel, and a change of clothes and shoes. There are individual showers/changing rooms/toilets on site.
