Using the Adventure 4 You Activity Day booking form, I consent the young person named on the booking form to participate in adventurous activities with inherent risk.
All participants under 18 years will require a signed parental/carer consent form completed via the online booking system.

Adventure 4 You holds the Learning outside the classroom quality badge (LOtC) Certificate number 105038. We have met the standards for safe delivery of adventure activities as defined by Adventure Activities Industry Committee.
